Storage Manager for Android
APKTOPIA / POLICIES

Privacy Policy

Updated: October 3, 2026

This notice explains the website, product support and the planned offline Android subscription. Shared cloud inventory is a future service and will require an updated notice before it is offered.

Who handles your information

Igor Nolchevski, trading as APKTopia in North Macedonia, operates the application and product support. Contact the support email on this page with questions or requests about APKTopia's handling of your information.

Inventory on your device

The offline edition stores assets, model pictures, local users and inventory history in private app storage. Its licensing service does not upload inventory, asset pictures or local passwords. Portable ZIP backups include inventory records and referenced pictures; you choose where to save or share them.

The app uses Android's biometric system for optional local sign-in. Keep device access and backups secure, particularly when records include information about employees.

Checkout and license records

Paddle handles checkout, customer and payment information under its own privacy notice. APKTopia's separate licensing service uses provider customer, subscription, transaction and adjustment references; a derived customer reference; device public keys and names; license and trial dates; and replacement history.

These records verify access, reconcile billing status, handle device replacement, prevent repeated trials and process cancellations, refunds and disputes. An installation's private key stays on its device. Provider credentials and private license-signing keys are not included in the website or application.

Hosting and support

Cloudflare hosts the website and licensing service. Hosting and payment providers may process connection information needed to deliver and protect their services.

If you email APKTopia, the seller receives your supplied contact information and message. Send only what is needed to explain the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment credentials. A private backup should only be sent after agreeing a specific support transfer.

Retention and requests

Local inventory stays on your device until you remove it or uninstall. Exported backups remain wherever you saved them. Uninstalling does not automatically erase subscription or licensing records held by the server or payment provider.

Licensing and trial history is kept while needed to manage access, verify replacements, resolve disputes and prevent repeated trials. Financial references may also need to be retained for applicable record-keeping obligations. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve and document the request.

Contact APKTopia to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by the seller. Requests are reviewed individually; information still needed for these purposes or legal obligations may be retained, with the reason explained. Paddle handles requests about its own payment data separately.
